Montalcino and its Brunello tour
This tour will take you to visit the area that lies one hour south of Siena. The gentle rolling hills of this part of Tuscany are so unique that will remain in your memory for a lifetime. The tour will start directly at your accommodation in Florence. We will drive about 2 hrs in total comfort, with our beautiful vehicles to reach the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino area.
We will visit our first winery, well rated by important international press, for a private wine tour of the cellar and a wine tasting. We will continue on to visit the town of Montalcino where you will have time to do some shopping of the local products and see the old fortress. In Montalcino you can have lunch in one of the restaurants or have a light lunch in some cafe’.
A second winery will be visited in the afternoon with a beautiful wine cellar tour and tasting of the wines.
